Client Servicing Digital Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Servicing
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Understand client objectives and communicate campaign requirements clearly.
- Respond promptly to client enquiries and requests.
Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Ensure campaign deliverables are executed according to agreed timelines.
- Work closely with creative, content, media, and operations teams to ensure campaign success.
- Assist in preparing campaign reports and presentation materials.
Project Management
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and campaign milestones.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and meeting notes.
- Ensure smooth workflow and communication among stakeholders.
- Support internal planning and campaign execution processes.
Business Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and campaign recommendations.
- Conduct market and competitor research when required.
- Support business development and client retention initiatives.
- Stay informed of digital marketing trends and industry developments.
Additional Duties
- Perform any other duties assigned by management that are aligned with the role.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media Studies, Public Relations, Business, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, digital marketing, media, advertising, communications, or agency environments.
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in digital marketing agencies may be considered.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
