• Technical troubleshooting

• Quality control for pre-sale and repaired pieces

• Collaboration with workshop and admin, working towards service excellence delivery
  Supporting Workshop Supervisor with daily functions

Equipment Maintenance

• Upkeep of personal tools and general test equipment

• Accountable for spare-parts and personal tools usage

• Ensure cleanliness of personal workbenches as well as workshop environment

• Adhering to duty roster as planned by Workshop Supervisor
