Role Overview
We are seeking a Human Resource Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, workforce coordination, and employee management across office and site-based teams. This role is well-suited for a hands-on HR professional who is comfortable working in an operational, site-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation
Support workforce management for site-based employees, liaising closely with operations and project teams
Coordinate recruitment activities, employment contracts, renewals, and HR compliance matters
Provide general HR and administrative support across operational and corporate functions
Job Requirements
Degree holder with 2–3 years of HR experience (experience in construction or manufacturing sectors is advantageous)
Mature, confident, and hands-on, with the ability to manage workforce matters in operational settings
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
