Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business development activities throughout the region.
  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and professional forums to expand business opportunities.
  • Understand clients' workforce requirements and recommend suitable recruitment and talent acquisition solutions.
  • Develop strategic account plans to increase client engagement and revenue growth.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate placement.
  • Source, attract, and engage high quality candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, social media platforms, and direct headhunting.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across various industries and functions
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview processes.
  • Support offer negotiations and onboarding activities.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets, KPIs, and business objectives.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand client challenges and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, repeat business, and cross selling of services
  • Monitor market activity and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Human Resources, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, contract hiring, business development, or sales related roles.
  • Proven experience in client acquisition, account management, and talent delivery.
  • Experience working with regional or global stakeholders would be advantageous.
  • Track record of achieving sales, recruitment, or business development targets.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills with strong consultative selling and solution based approach.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates at all levels.
  • Strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in working in a KPI driven model.
  • Established professional network within Singapore and Malaysia markets.
  • Experience in IT, Lifesciences, Engineering, Healthcare hiring.
  • Strong understanding of workforce trends, salary benchmarking, and talent market dynamics.
  • New client acquisition and revenue generation for staff augmentation market in Singapore & Malaysia.
  • Client retention and account growth.
  • Good track record of number and quality of successful placements.
