AI Enablement Manager (Junior Role/ Internship)

Job Summary:

Understand customer business needs and deliver tailored Talkbot solutions on the WIZ AI Talkbot Platform. Develop and execute test suites, monitor AI conversations, and refine text responses to enhance user experience and project success.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer business requirements and collaborate with project teams to deliver customized Talkbot solutions on the WIZ AI Talkbot Platform within project timelines
• Develop, implement, and execute test suites to validate AI conversations, including corpus validation and exploratory testing
• Coordinate pilot tests with customer teams to ensure solution effectiveness and gather actionable feedback
• Monitor AI conversation performance, identify user feedback issues, and diagnose root causes to improve experience
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of industry-specific conversation scripts, updating content to enhance AI conversational capabilities
• Collaborate with clients to identify necessary text responses for the Talkbot based on user needs and business goals
• Create and optimize text responses to improve user interaction quality and engagement with the Talkbot
• Update and refine text responses continuously based on customer feedback and interaction data analysis

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in conversation design, product management, business analysis, or chatbot design
• Demonstrated ability to define and optimize conversation design workflows and processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly explain complex design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to design and optimization
• Experience in software, chatbot, or analyst testing is advantageous
• Open to candidates with no prior experience; internship opportunities available
