Our Role

We are looking for a hands-on, commercially sharp Digital Marketing Manager who can own the full digital marketing function end-to-end — from strategy through to execution.

What You Will Do

  • Drive visibility across search engines and emerging AI-driven answer experiences, and improve site and content discoverability through smart optimisation.
  • Build and manage a content roadmap that serves both discovery and conversion, while maintaining consistent brand standards across web and social.
  • Own the social media strategy and content calendar across key platforms, driving engagement and growing the community through well-executed campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimise paid campaigns across relevant channels, managing budgets, targeting, and testing to support business goals.
  • Track performance across all marketing channels, translate data into meaningful insights, and communicate recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Leverage AI tools confidently in day-to-day workflows to improve the speed and quality of content and campaign output, without compromising brand accuracy.
  • Stay current on platform updates and the evolving search and AI discovery landscape, and adapt strategies accordingly.

What We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrated end-to-end digital marketing experience — from planning through execution and optimisation across multiple channels simultaneously.
  • A hands-on operator who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and getting things done without heavy agency reliance.
  • Strong analytical instincts — you pull your own data, draw your own conclusions, and back your recommendations with numbers.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, especially in fast-moving AI and search environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a clear sense of ownership.
  • Practical, day-to-day experience using AI tools in real marketing workflows.
  • Working knowledge of AEO, GEO, and SEO — specifically how AI-driven search is changing content and discoverability strategy.
