This role supports the department in the day-to-day management of In-patient, Home Care and Day Care services of Dover Park Hospice to facilitate the care of patients. Work with various partners (internal and external) and agencies; planning and collaborating with these parties to ensure the smooth operation of the wards, Home Care and Day Care team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for daily operations, including data entry, records management, and document filing.
Manage patient registration and maintain accurate patient records.
Coordinate appointment bookings, rescheduling, and follow-up reminders.
Attend to general enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, and provide information on services and processes.
Liaise with internal teams to support patient flow and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with administrative procedures, documentation standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Support process improvement initiatives and other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Preferably 1–3 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general IT systems.
Strong organisational, interpersonal skills and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Positive team player with a professional and patient-focused approach.
The successful candidate will be offered a 2 years contract and can expect a monthly basic salary up to $2,800, commensurate with experience.
