Cybersecurity Manager (Governance, Risk and Compliance

A skilled cybersecurity professional is sought to lead governance and compliance initiatives, enhancing the reliability of services within the infocomm and media sector in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to relevant government regulations and perform compliance reviews of cybersecurity-related audit reports.

• Monitor, validate, and engage with ICM operators to address any identified compliance gaps.

• Collaborate with various divisions to implement the cybersecurity framework for applicable licensees; work with auditors to guarantee report completeness and assess compliance with required standards.

• Produce reports on cybersecurity metrics and monitor Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, technical audit, or GRC roles.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management frameworks and standards, such as NIST SP 800-53 and ISO 27002, along with best practices in vulnerability management and security incident response.

• Familiarity with various cloud environments and associated security controls.

• Proven communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work collaboratively under pressure.

• Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CCSP are advantageous.

• Prior experience with a comprehensive understanding of the ICM environment and its associated risks is beneficial.
