Mô tả công việc

The Alliance Analyst is responsible for growing business partners such as logistics service providers, local courier, shipping outlets, etc. for the countries in Asia Pacific Region. He/she supports Alliance Supervisor to develop Alliance strategy and tactics through research and integrates marketing data and information from multiple sources to support developing right strategy and tactics and also assists in implementation and execution of each country including direct engagement with local partner companies. He/she interprets the data and results to address specific business needs. He/she performs data analyses and recommends research methodology based on findings and communicates results to key stakeholders and proactively addresses any issues. He/she will collaborate with respective functions of each country such as Marketing, Sales & Solutions, IE etc. to manage local Alliance activities.

Job Responsibilities

Performs Research for Strategy and Tactics Development

  • Uses the various sources to research market, competitors, potential partners, etc. to gain insights for target countries.

  • Consider Alliance approach which will be best fit to the target countries based on the research and analysis.

  • Maintains an understanding of current market and industry practices to leverage existing knowledge and optimize development of partner analyses.

  • Evaluates and selects partner contact approach to ensure effectiveness in assessing partners needs and appropriate scope.

  • Develops analysis objectives to better understand the needs of partner and UPS countries and identify opportunities to extend market reach and reduce cost to serve

Communicates and Shares Information with Stakeholders

  • Gathers and compiles relevant data for inclusion in presentations to explain or support findings and educate stakeholders.

  • Proactively addresses stakeholder concerns to facilitate understanding of any risks and benefits associated with the research project.

Supports Alliance strategy and tactics implementation and execution in respective countries.

  • Attends partners meetings and conference to support local team.

  • Support pricing based on target rates, potential revenue and other inquiries

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields

  • Possess at least 3 years of work experience in a similar role and/or in the logistics industry

  • Display proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders across levels

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
