We are hiring driven, high-energy sales hunters with the tenacity to win new accounts on a confidential project in a new market.

If you’re confident in your ability to connect with people, build trust, and close opportunities, we’ll provide the platform to turn those strengths into consistent income and high commissions. With quality leads from our marketing campaigns and the freedom to prospect, you’ll take full ownership of the entire sales process — from first contact through to successful installation and after-sales follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome showroom walk-ins and help convert marketing-generated leads into happy, long-term clients.
  • Identifying and reaching out to new business opportunities among homeowners, Interior Designers (IDs), and contractors.
  • Handling the full process from lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline management, to conducting site visits, closing deals, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Confidently showcase our products which includes competitive pricing, compelling product comparisons.
  • Coordinating site assessments, prepare accurate quotations, schedule installations, and manage after-sales service.
  • Maintaining accurate records by updating the customer database, tracking receivables, and helping resolve warranty or rectification matters promptly.
  • Working closely with our team to meet monthly sales targets, with a clear path to exceed them as you level your skills and confidence.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in B2C/B2B sales or the interior/renovation industry is a huge plus - candidates from retail, customer service, or hospitality backgrounds who are eager to pivot into a high-growth sales environment are also welcomed.
  • Comfortable speaking with homeowners, IDs and contractors.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and confident in approaching new prospects.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Airtable for reporting and database management.
  • Class 3 driving licence is a plus.
