Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate user experience concepts into functional digital prototypes and applications.
Develop and enhance user interfaces that support intuitive and engaging customer experiences across digital platforms.
Create interactive prototypes to validate design concepts, user journeys and technical feasibility.
Support the implementation of design systems and reusable front-end components to promote consistency across digital products.
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions, APIs and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled features.
Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks and development approaches to improve digital experiences and delivery efficiency.

Experience in user experience design, digital product development, customer journey design, or a related field.
Ability to translate business and user requirements into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
Experience creating wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, or digital concepts to support product development.
Strong understanding of customer-centric design principles and digital user behaviours.
