CLIENT GROWTH EXECUTIVE [INZ-003-05]

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions that drive growth and satisfaction
  • Manage the full client lifecycle from initial outreach and onboarding through to long-term relationship management
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address concerns to ensure consistently high service standards
  • Prepare client proposals, presentations, and reports to support business development and engagement activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions and service commitments
  • Track and report on client growth metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for further expansion
  • Represent the organisation professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • People-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving results
  • Comfortable engaging with both candidates and clients professionally
