Job Summary

The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operations, improving operational efficiency, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring business objectives are achieved. This role focuses on strategic planning, process optimization, budgeting, performance management, and operational scalability.

Requirements

• 10 –15 years of operations management experience
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
