  • Position : Sales Admin/Coordinator (Kitchen Equipment)
  • Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)
  • Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,300 + Variable Bonus + 14-18 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300
  • Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Prepare and process quotations, orders, and related documents
  • Issue invoices for completed orders and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Assist salespersons with back-office tasks such as tenders, orders, quotations, delivery orders, and customer follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or administrative support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
