- Position : Sales Admin/Coordinator (Kitchen Equipment)
- Location : West – Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,300 + Variable Bonus + 14-18 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300

Main Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Prepare and process quotations, orders, and related documents
- Issue invoices for completed orders and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team to achieve sales targets
- Assist salespersons with back-office tasks such as tenders, orders, quotations, delivery orders, and customer follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or administrative support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
