Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Islandwide, Singapore

Working Days: 5 Days per Week

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Eligibility: Singapore Citizens Only

Job Responsibilities

* Supervise and manage multiple teams of cleaners across various cleaning projects and sites.

* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are maintained and contractual requirements are met.

* Coordinate and liaise with clients, site representatives, and stakeholders on operational matters.

* Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service recovery promptly and professionally.

* Monitor the performance, attendance, and productivity of cleaning staff.

* Ensure compliance with cleaning procedures, workplace safety requirements, and tender specifications.

* Plan manpower deployment and provide operational support when required.

* Prepare and submit inspection reports, attendance records, and other operational documentation.

* Conduct on-site training and coaching to ensure service quality standards are consistently achieved.

Job Requirements

* Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License and above.

* WSQ Certificate in Environmental Cleaning Supervision or equivalent.

* Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the cleaning, facilities management, or related industry.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Able to work independently and manage multiple sites effectively.

* Familiar with workplace safety requirements and cleaning industry best practices.

* Physically fit and willing to travel to different work locations across Singapore.
