Project Site Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Project Site Manager to manage and coordinate construction site activities in Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for daily site operations, manpower coordination, safety compliance, project progress monitoring, and communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and supervise daily site operations to ensure works are carried out safely, properly, and according to project schedule.

* Coordinate with project team, clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.

* Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, material delivery, and work quality.

* Ensure site works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, safety requirements, and local regulations.

* Attend site meetings and prepare progress updates when required.

* Identify site issues and coordinate timely solutions with relevant parties.

* Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and documentation are maintained on site.

* Assist in planning work sequences, site logistics, and resources required for project completion.

* Support the company in project handover, inspection, and completion documentation.

Requirements

* Diploma or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, or related field.

* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction site management or project coordination.

* Good understanding of construction site operations, work sequencing, safety requirements, and project coordination.

* Able to read and understand construction drawings and technical documents.

* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Able to work independently and under site pressure.

* Experience in Singapore construction projects will be an advantage.

* Knowledge of WSH requirements, risk assessment, permit-to-work, and site safety procedures will be an advantage.

* Able to work on site and travel to different project locations when required.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday, subject to project and site requirements.
