Senior/ Occupational Therapist
Responsibilities
Develop and implement rehabilitation plans with healthcare professionals to help clients restore or maintain daily living skills at home and in the community.
Supervise rehab assistants and ensure quality services and clinical support.
Monitor team performance, recommend development, and contribute to clinical projects.
Coordinate staff coverage and assist with caseload management.
Identify challenges, propose solutions, and implement improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
Fully registered with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), with a valid practising certificate
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in community or eldercare settings preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about caring for frail seniors
