Senior/ Physiotherapist
Responsibilities
Conduct client assessments during admission and periodic condition reviews.
Maintain accurate records of assessments and care plan implementation.
Conduct regular case discussions with the multi-disciplinary team.
Oversee and coordinate community outreach and therapeutic programmes.
Implement and monitor clinical and service quality indicators for continuous improvement.
Collect and maintain statistical data for regular reporting.
Ensure high client engagement and service standards to sustain business performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Physiotherapy
Fully registered with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) with a valid practising certificate
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in community/eldercare settings is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about caring for frail seniors
