YHI currently has one alloy wheels manufacturing plant located in Malacca, Malaysia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities
- Prepare and process delivery orders and invoices accurately and promptly
- Coordinate delivery arrangements with logistics personnel to ensure timely fulfilment
- Handle credit note processing and stock transfer transactions
- Process documentation for returned goods and ensure records are complete
- Submit e-invoices according to customers' requirements
- Attend to customers' enquiries and service requests in a professional manner
- Ensure all outstanding documents are updated, properly filed, and maintained in compliance with ISO documentation requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O' Level qualification
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in backend customer service or sales support
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems will be an added advantage

- Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Alternate Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm
- One-way transport pickup provided from Clementi MRT
