As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent the brand professionally, support daily showroom operations, and help build meaningful customer connections.
- Welcome customers warmly and create a comfortable, engaging showroom environment
- Represent the brand professionally through appearance, communication, and service
- Maintain showroom presentation, vehicle readiness, and displays according to brand standards
- Engage visitors proactively, understand their needs, and provide a positive customer experience
- Collect customer details and interests for follow-up, and enter leads accurately into the CRM system
- Support brand awareness through compelling content creation, social media platforms, and other promotional activities
- Assist with daily showroom operations, including customer service, basic administration, and cashiering where required
- Help manage showroom supplies, promotional materials, and inventory items
- Gather customer feedback on their showroom experience and share insights with management
- Take part in training, marketing events, roadshows, and other duties assigned to support business needs
Who We’re Looking For
- This is a 12-Months contract role with working hours aligned to mall operating hours
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or retail (customer-facing environment)
Working Hours
Mon - Fri: 9.30am - 7.30pm
Sat & Sun: 9.30am - 6.30pm or 1.00pm - 10pm (shift)
5 days work week - 2 days off on weekdays
