Sales Manager (Key Accounts & Regional Markets)

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Manager to oversee strategic key accounts in Singapore and selected regional markets, while managing and mentoring a team of Sales Executives. This role plays a critical part in expanding market presence, strengthening long-term partnerships, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of key customer accounts, ensuring consistent revenue growth and high customer satisfaction
  • Develop long-term partnerships with major clients through proactive engagement and strategic account management
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling initiatives
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract discussions
  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to enhance performance and productivity
  • Track individual and team performance, providing coaching and support for complex or high-value deals
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for management review
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as operations, supply chain, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfilment and excellent customer experience

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within metals, manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership capacity
  • Strong background in key account management within the Singapore market; regional exposure is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record in achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Confident leader with the ability to coach, inspire, and manage a sales team
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel within the region when required
