Telemarketer cum Receptionist Job Description (Beauty Salon)

Primary Objective:
To manage front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, schedule appointments, and conduct telemarketing activities to promote salon services, treatments, and beauty products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reception & Front Desk Management

  • Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling.
  • Register customers and update customer records accurately.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and customer enquiries.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.

2. Telemarketing & Customer Follow-Up

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Promote salon services, treatment packages, memberships, and beauty products.
  • Invite customers to promotional events, product launches, and special campaigns.
  • Follow up on leads, enquiries, and inactive customers.
  • Schedule appointments and secure customer visits through telemarketing activities.

3. Customer Service

  • Handle customer feedback and direct complaints to the relevant personnel.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

5. Administrative Duties

  • Prepare daily appointment schedules and customer records
  • Register customer car access to car park
  • Retrieve customer card and proper keeping after each session used.
  • Process customer payments or change payment when required.
  • Ensuring timely recording of all sessions used in pos

6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of appointments secured through telemarketing.
  • Customer attendance rate for scheduled appointments.
  • Achievement of sales and booking targets.
  • Customer satisfaction and retention rate.
  • Number of customer follow-up calls completed.
  • Accuracy of appointment scheduling and customer records.
