Job Description:

Reporting to the CEO and General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational readiness, technical infrastructure, facilities management, and execution of a multi-concept experience comprising all dining, lounge, bar, spa, meeting and entertainment spaces.

The role will require you to manage venue operational platforms, technical support requirements, facility maintenance coordination and event execution to ensure seamless operational efficiency and deliver high service standards across all club functionalities, with the support of two junior facilities management assistants.

Managing cost efficiency strategies to support business sustainability will also be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational readiness and functionality across ALL club facilities, including the current and upcoming new spaces (i.e. restaurant, lounge, bars, spa, meeting rooms, event spaces. work spaces etc..), with a team of operations assistants.

  • Coordinate and execute logistical requirements across all departments to ensure expectations and operational standards are met.

  • Lead procurement activities across the club, including sourcing, price negotiations and purchasing of equipment, furnishings, maintenance services, and operational supplies. Coordinate repairs, replacements, and asset upkeep to ensure facilities remain fully operational.

  • Manage technical and operational support for private functions, themed events and in-house club entertainment.

  • Oversee the maintenance and functionality of F&B operational systems, including POS systems, Wi-Fi infrastructure, kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, chillers, ovens, and bar equipment.

  • Coordinate and manage external service vendors and maintenance agreements, including HVAC servicing, pest control, fire safety compliance, kitchen exhaust maintenance, and pipe jetting services.

  • Ensure overall facility readiness, cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency through routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance coordination.

  • Handle ad hoc operational and technical requirements to support uninterrupted club operations and event execution.

Additional Skills (Advantageous but Not Required)

  • Ability to support the maintenance and functionality of operational technologies across the club. Prior exposure to AV, sound, lighting, or IT systems is beneficial but not essential.
