Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Air-Conditioning and Refrigerating Equipment Installer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, replacement, testing, and commissioning of residential and commercial air-conditioning systems while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, replace, and commission split-type, multi-split, cassette, ducted, and VRV/VRF air-conditioning systems.
• Perform copper piping, insulation, drainage piping, trunking, wiring, and outdoor unit installations.
• Conduct vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and system testing upon completion.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, floor plans, and installation layouts.
• Ensure installations comply with company standards, safety regulations, and manufacturer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and rectify installation-related issues when required.
• Carry and handle installation materials, tools, and equipment safely.
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping at work sites.
• Complete installation reports and documentation accurately.
• Support servicing, maintenance, and repair works when required.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in air-conditioning installation.
• Familiarity with residential and commercial air-conditioning systems.
• Knowledge of copper piping, insulation, drainage systems, and electrical wiring.
• Physically fit and able to work at heights and outdoor environments.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Panasonic, MHI, LG, Fujitsu, or Midea systems.
• Experience in HDB, Condominium, Landed Property, and Commercial projects.
• Possess Class 3 Driving Licence (advantageous).
• WSQ Workplace Safety and Health certification (advantageous).
• Refrigerant Handling Certification (advantageous).
