JOB DRESCRIPTION
Burial Management
- Handle the administration and filling of the burial (NEA, NOK and volunteers)
- Handle query on burial management
- Replace Dakwah team when needed.
- To coordinate with involved parties (eg. Volunteers, NOK) for the preparation and post ceremony.
- To keep Database of volunteers and NOK
Qurban Local & Overseas
- Handle the administration and filing
- Upkeeping database of participants (Sahibul)
- Replace Dakwah team when needed
- To coordinate with involved parties (Eg. Volunteers, Authority & suppliers) and other relevant departments for the preparation and post ceremony.
- Handles queries on Qurban
Ramdhan Iftar
- To attend to query & donation for iftar
- To coordinate with involved parties (Volunteers, Suppliers etc) and other relevant departments for the preparation and post iftar
- To mobilize AMIL duty and safe keeping of collections
Catering (Friday Prayer & KABA Class)
- To coordinate with involved parties for the preparation
- To mobilized CSS Staff for collection
- Handles the administration, filling & cash collection for Finance
Hajj & Umrah
- Handle Admin
- Handle query on Hajj and Umrah
- Upkeep database of pilgrims
Other duties
- Assist in monthly report
- Annual budget submission
- Answer phone/Email/walk-in queries
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GCE 'O' level or equivalent qualification/ relevant experience.
- Able to read and write in Malay and English
- Preferably possess a valid Class 3 Driving License
- Physically fit and able to perform field duties
- Willing to work long hours, weekends and off hours when required
- Computer literacy is an added advantage
- Passionate about community service and ready to contribute actively to welfare programmes
