From bustling dinner services and family celebrations to our popular Ladies' Nights and live performances, we're looking for a bartender who can help create the welcoming atmosphere our guests have come to love.

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages

Crafting classic cocktails and signature drinks with consistency and flair

Delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences

Managing bar inventory, stock levels, and ordering requirements

Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the bar area

Collaborating with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations

Supporting special events, private functions, and themed nights

What We're Looking For

Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, lounge, or hospitality venue

A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality

Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
