M&E Coordinator

Job Description

  • Coordinate and supervise M&E works on site in accordance with project specifications and schedule
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams on technical and site matters
  • Ensure M&E works are carried out in compliance with safety and quality requirements
  • Attend site meetings and coordinate submissions, inspections, and testing & commissioning activities
  • Monitor work progress and resolve technical or coordination issues on site
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records
  • Coordinate with main contractors and relevant authorities when required
  • Ensure timely completion of M&E works according to project timeline


Job Requirement

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or Related Fields
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in local construction industry
  • Good knowledge in local M&E related standards & requirements
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD...).
  • Experience in coordinating M&E works for BTO/HDB projects is required.
