Business Development Executive

Job Duties

• Develop new customer channels and maintain good relationship with regular customers
• Cooperate with online food delivery platforms to optimize store operation
• Assist in social media content planning, posting and customer engagement
• Support promotional activities and events to increase store visibility and sales
• Collect market information, simple competitor analysis and report to management
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic understanding of social media, online marketing or F&B industry is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, able to work under pressure and meet targets
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or marketing is preferred
• Team player with positive working attitude
• Friendly working environment with good work-life balance
• Adjustable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
