Senior M&E Coordinator

Job Description

• Coordinate and supervise all M&E works on-site.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical/site coordination issues.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to project schedule and standards.
• Coordinate with main contractor and other trades for smooth site operations.
• Prepare progress reports and documentation.
• Support testing & commissioning activities and project handover.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Minimum 5 years' Experience in coordinating M&E works for BTO/HDB projects
• Good knowledge of local authority requirements and construction practices.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
