Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Singapore Branch Manager to lead the end-to-end from-zero-to-one establishment and operation of our local Singapore branch. This role serves as the core onshore representative of the company, covering office site selection, company registration and administrative delivery, local team building, local resource connection, and daily client reception & liaison. The incumbent will independently drive the full-cycle layout and stable operation of the Singapore branch, build a localized operational and service system, and support the company’s long-term business development and market layout in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
1. Branch Initialization & Office Layout (From 0 to 1)
Independently responsible for the full process of Singapore branch initialization, including market research and screening of office locations, site inspection, negotiation, leasing and follow-up management of office premises. Complete the overall layout of the office environment, coordinate decoration, facility deployment and pre-opening preparation work, and ensure the official and efficient launch of the local office.
2. Local Company Registration & Administrative Delivery
Take charge of all local company registration procedures, including entity registration, license application, tax registration, official seal filing and other industrial and commercial compliance work. Be responsible for sorting out, submitting and archiving all official documents, ensuring all operational procedures fully comply with Singapore local laws, regulations and industry compliance requirements. Regularly sort out branch operational documents and complete headquarters reporting as required.
3. Local Resource Connection & Industry Liaison
Develop and maintain high-quality local resources in Singapore, including government departments, industrial associations, cooperative institutions, third-party service providers and local enterprise resources. Establish stable local cooperative relations, expand the company’s local business channels and brand influence, collect local industry policies, market trends and competitor information, and feed back valuable optimization suggestions to the headquarters.
4. Client Reception & Business Support Delivery
Serve as the onshore representative for client reception and business liaison, responsible for receiving headquarters visiting teams, local customers and cooperative partners. Conduct on-site business communication, demand docking and relationship maintenance, assist in business negotiation and project follow-up, ensure high-quality delivery of customer service and business support work, and improve local customer satisfaction and cooperation stickiness.
5. Daily Operation & Headquarters Coordination
Responsible for the daily overall operation management of the Singapore branch, including administrative operation, cost control, daily affairs coordination and emergency problem handling. Maintain efficient and smooth communication with the headquarters, regularly report branch construction progress, operational status and existing problems, and strictly implement the strategic deployment and work arrangements of the headquarters.
