Project Manager (Civil & Structure)

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage civil and structural construction projects from inception to completion
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones
  • Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and company policies
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues
  • Manage project risks, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
  • Oversee procurement processes and cost control measures
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) standards are met


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction/project management
  • Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE, or equivalent) is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles
  • Experience managing large-scale construction projects is preferred
  • Familiarity with local authority regulations and submission processes
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders
