Project Manager (Civil & Structure)

Job Description:
- Lead and manage civil and structural construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues
- Manage project risks, identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Oversee procurement processes and cost control measures
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) standards are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction/project management
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE, or equivalent) is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects is preferred
- Familiarity with local authority regulations and submission processes
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders
