Unified Voice Collaboration Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support and manage collaboration voice products within the APAC region. This role requires strong technical expertise and product knowledge to ensure seamless delivery and support of enterprise collaboration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support and administration for collaboration platforms, including Teams, Zoom, Webex, Kaltura Live, OpenExchange, and Audio Conferencing.
2. Lead and deliver large-scale projects across the APAC region, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new collaboration products introduced by the Collaboration and Productivity team.
4. Maintain and optimize performance of collaboration tools, ensuring high availability and user satisfaction.
5. Leverage expertise in data networks to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to collaboration products.

Qualifications Skills

1. Strong product knowledge of enterprise collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Webex, Kaltura Live, OpenExchange, Audio Conferencing).
2. Proven experience in delivering large-scale projects in a regional or global environment.
3. Solid understanding of data network infrastructure and prior experience working with network teams.
4. Ability to learn and adapt to emerging technologies in the collaboration space.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

1. Hands-on experience supporting collaboration platforms in a financial or enterprise environment.
