Responsibilities
- Conduct audiological assessments and document results in EMR
- Interpret test results and provide patient counselling
- Perform hearing aid evaluations, fitting, and follow-up support
- Troubleshoot hearing devices and coordinate repairs/replacements
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and consumables
- Prepare reports and meeting minutes
- Supervise and train junior technicians
- Participate in research projects and training activities
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Audiology (Master's preferred)
- Registered/Certified Audiologist preferred
- Min. 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred
- Familiar with hearing aid technology and audiology best practices
- Knowledge of cochlear implants (CI), middle ear implants (MEI), and hearing-speech development is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, especially when working with hearing-impaired individuals
