Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers on electronic products and solutions
  • Assist customers with product integration, testing, troubleshooting, and application-related issues
  • Support product demonstrations, proof-of-concept, and prototype activities
  • Work with internal engineering and sales teams to support customer projects
  • Prepare technical documents, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Conduct product training and technical discussions with customers when required
  • Support regional projects and travel within ASEAN, India, and Oceania when necessary
  • Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in electronics, semiconductor, manufacturing, OEM/EMS, or related industries
  • Basic knowledge of embedded systems, IoT, sensors, or wireless communication technologies & programming languages such as C/C++ is an advantage
  • Experience in product testing, troubleshooting, or technical support is preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to travel for customer support and regional project
