Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers on electronic products and solutions
- Assist customers with product integration, testing, troubleshooting, and application-related issues
- Support product demonstrations, proof-of-concept, and prototype activities
- Work with internal engineering and sales teams to support customer projects
- Prepare technical documents, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Conduct product training and technical discussions with customers when required
- Support regional projects and travel within ASEAN, India, and Oceania when necessary
- Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in electronics, semiconductor, manufacturing, OEM/EMS, or related industries
- Basic knowledge of embedded systems, IoT, sensors, or wireless communication technologies & programming languages such as C/C++ is an advantage
- Experience in product testing, troubleshooting, or technical support is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel for customer support and regional project
