Operation Executive (Transport)

Job scope

• Ensure compliance with OSH safety guidelines and promote safe work practices; assist in incident investigations when required.
• Monitor vessel movements via Portnet & JP Online and coordinate with shipping agents, customers, and plant operators on loading schedules.
• Manage driver deployment, scheduling, and performance to meet delivery KPIs.
• Track drivers using GPS systems and ensure route compliance.
• Oversee fleet operations (Prime Movers and drivers) and ensure adherence to customer requirements.
• Prepare, verify, and process shipping documents using Portnet & Jurong Port systems.
• Manage Proof of Delivery (POD) and ensure timely processing of delivery records.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service issues promptly.
• Reconcile driver trip records after job completion for accuracy.
• Support urgent delivery requests and operational emergencies.
• Provide 24/7 rotational on-call support for operational incidents.
• Requirement
• GCE 'A' Level / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in 3PL (Third-Party Logistics),
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
