About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused Digital Ambassador to enhance the banking experience by guiding customers toward digital banking solutions. This is a client-facing role ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy and passionate about delivering excellent service while promoting digital adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Assistance

  • Assist customers with general banking inquiries, products, and services
  • Guide customers on using digital banking platforms (mobile app, online banking, ATMs)
  • Troubleshoot digital issues and escalate when necessary

Digital Adoption & Education

  • Educate customers on digital banking and cashless payment solutions
  • Support onboarding and setup of digital platforms
  • Encourage usage of self-service banking tools

Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on latest banking products and digital features
  • Recommend suitable digital solutions based on customer needs
  • Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong customer relationships through excellent service
  • Gather feedback to improve digital services
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or refer relevant products

Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Tech-savvy with interest in digital solutions
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in banking or financial services is an advantage
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
