What You’ll Do (Your Mission)
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities to grow our client base
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored digital/AI solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals
- Keep CRM systems updated for accurate tracking and reporting
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth solution delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Must be able to speak and write Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B or IT sales
- Experience in lead generation or account management
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Marine industry exposure is a plus (but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
