Job Summary

Lead business growth and client engagement for professional services by developing opportunities, executing sales strategies, managing delivery cycles, and overseeing talent acquisition for AI and SAP roles across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business growth targets in the SEA region and neighboring countries
• Manage the delivery cycle and monitor processes to ensure excellent client service and project success
• Collaborate with internal Practice Heads to create solution-based proposals that generate demand and secure clients/projects
• Lead the full hiring process for AI-related roles, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, MLOps, AI Engineering, and AI Solution Architecture
• Manage recruitment and placement of SAP specialists across APAC markets, integrating business development with talent acquisition
• Coordinate with Project Management Office to support effective team setup and project delivery
• Communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service to meet client needs
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Master’s degree in HRM, Marketing, Sales, or relevant fields
• At least 10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Delivery Management, and Resource Management
• Minimum 6 years of experience working in the SEA region
• Good understanding of the ERP market in Singapore and neighboring countries
