COMMUNICATIONS & CONTENT SPECIALIST

• Position Title: Communications & Content Specialist / Officer
• Contract Duration: 12 Months
• Location: Changi Business Park
• Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Salary: $6,000 – $6,400 max
• Transport: Islandwide shuttle provided (Jurong East, Buona Vista, Tanah Merah, City Hall, Woodlands, Ang Mo Kio, Serangoon, Sengkang → Changi Business Park)

Role Summary

The Communications & Content Specialist supports the Global Communications team in Singapore by driving content creation, multimedia production, internal/external communications execution, event coordination, media monitoring, and governance compliance. The role operates in a fast-paced, multinational environment supporting both regional and global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Communications & Content Development

• Develop and produce strategic communication materials (memos, presentations, fact sheets) for internal and external stakeholders
• Create multimedia content including videos, digital assets, and social media materials
• Manage and update internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, announcements)

2. Media Monitoring & Reporting

• Support media relations activities including monitoring and analysis
• Assist in reporting and vendor coordination for communications coverage

3. Event Management & Coordination

• Coordinate logistics for senior leadership visits, town halls, and global campaigns
• Support end-to-end event execution including creative design, content, and on-site operations

4. Governance & Operations

• Ensure compliance with internal governance, approval, and audit requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and support reporting cycles (quarterly/ad-hoc)
