The Role
We are seeking a Case Manager for our Singapore office to manage the full operational workflow of life insurance cases, with a strong focus on HNW and PPLI business. The role covers application setup, case processing, and policy servicing, ensuring accurate documentation, timely progression, and full regulatory and internal compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales Partners in providing tailored insurance-based solutions to high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
- Manage end-to-end life insurance case administration, ensuring efficient execution of applications, including close liaison with insurance carriers and international business partners.
- Act as the key operational point of contact throughout the application process, guiding stakeholders on required documentation, timelines, and next steps.
- Prepare product illustrations, comparisons, and supporting materials for client presentations.
- Review application forms and supporting documentation (including KYC/AML information and financial evidence) for completeness and accuracy, maintaining up-to-date records in CRM and workflow tools.
- Arrange medical examinations and coordinate underwriting requirements with insurers and third-party providers to support timely case decisions.
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and standards, including Singapore insurance and AML/CTF requirements, FATCA/CRS and insurer‑specific requirements, maintaining audit‑ready files at all times.
- Provide after-sales policy servicing support, including premium processing coordination, policy delivery, and policy endorsements or amendments.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, law, or a related discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in life insurance operations, new business/case management, underwriting support, or sales operations, ideally in HNW or international life insurance.
- Solid understanding of life insurance documentation standards, case workflows, and underwriting coordination.
- Experience with PPLI or other sophisticated HNW insurance solutions is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of corporate and trust structures and documentation (e.g. company registers, trust deeds, board resolutions, account opening documents) is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and spoken English (must), Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, high accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment.
- Client‑centric, proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively across time zones.
- Flexible, resilient, and hands‑on, with a willingness to support different operational areas where needed.
