Working Hour
- Monday: 8.00am to 5.00pm
- Wednesday: 9.am to 1.30pm
- Thursday: 8.00am to 12.30pm
Key Roles
1. Hub Management & Safe Environment
Manage the Tree House / Student Services Hub during stipulated hours
Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for students
2. Student Engagement & Relationship Building
Connect regularly over a prolonged duration with students identified by the Student Development Team
Build positive relationships and contribute to students' holistic development
3. Socio-Emotional Support
Provide socio-emotional support during curriculum hours for students unable to reintegrate into class or needing to catch up due to absences or suspension
4. Intervention Programme Delivery (After School)
- Plan and conduct programmes customised to students' needs, aligned to the school's character development efforts
5. Needs Identification & Reporting
Observe, identify, and document key needs of students
Report cases to the Student Development Team officers and School Leaders for further intervention and support
6. Feedback Provision
Provide feedback on students' needs, programme experience, and concerns to help the school better support students
7. Programme Review
Conduct a review of the engagement programme at the end of each term
Recommend improvements for future implementation
8. Professional Conduct
Conduct themselves professionally in all interactions with students and school personnel
Work collaboratively with the Student Development Team
9. Other Duties
Perform any other duties assigned by the school
Qualifications, Certification & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Child Development, Youth Work, or related disciplines
Certified Practitioner in Restorative Practice / Building Relational Capacity, accredited under the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) framework or by a recognised international training provider
At least 2 years of experience in the social service sector
