Job Description

  • Assist in daily restaurant operation management, ensure smooth service flow and good service quality.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams, improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist in social media updates, promotion and brand image maintenance.
  • Manage customer feedback, maintain good customer relations.
  • Handle documents, reports, staff attendance and inventory records.
  • Support ad-hoc projects assigned by the management.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Good communication skills, service mindset, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, careful, responsible and proactive.
  • Relevant experience in hospitality, retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Team player, able to work independently.
  • Adjustable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
