Job Description
- Assist in daily restaurant operation management, ensure smooth service flow and good service quality.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams, improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in social media updates, promotion and brand image maintenance.
- Manage customer feedback, maintain good customer relations.
- Handle documents, reports, staff attendance and inventory records.
- Support ad-hoc projects assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Good communication skills, service mindset, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, careful, responsible and proactive.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, retail or customer service is preferred.
- Team player, able to work independently.
- Adjustable shifts, including evenings and weekends.
