Store Coordinator (Administrative)

Summary

The Store Coordinator oversees spare parts inventory by maintaining precise stock records, issuing parts

promptly for maintenance and keeping thorough documentation. This position also involves handling

administrative duties such as record-keeping, reporting, and coordinating with both maintenance and

procurement teams, as well as providing administrative support to the Manager.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Issue and record spare parts

  • Raise and monitor SAP-PM/MM P-R

  • Maintain SAP-PM/MM records

  • Keep storage area organized

  • Bin received parts and update SAP

  • Source spare parts and vendors

  • Track and update delivery dates

  • Update chemical SDS sheets

  • Identify and recommend write-off for slow-moving parts

  • Replenish and control stock

  • Perform monthly and annual stock counts with finance

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Manager.

  • Verify PO/DP/invoices and complete GR

  • Handle administrative tasks and coordinate with end-user departments

  • Submit monthly Utilities Consumption readings and TMS reports

  • Prepare and maintain ISO, CCP2, and PM records for audits

  • Manage staff courses, airfield driving licenses, and duty rosters

  • Issue, return, and oversee technician uniforms, safety shoes, tools, and lockers

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

  • Working knowledge of Store Management, admin and SAP.

  • Able to perform manual tasks to carry out binning of received parts.

  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft office application
