Plant Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing / West)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing production systems and equipment under supervision.
• Support project documentation by preparing presentations, charts, graphics, and drawings.
• Source and requisition components and supplies; liaise with vendors on pricing and product information.
• Coordinate with external contractors on scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance activities.
• Maintain proper documentation, inventory of equipment, tools, and spare parts.
• Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance of production equipment during operations and shutdowns.
• Identify and analyze safety risks and hazards to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s ISO certification program.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a plant operations environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of wiring diagrams and PLC systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willing to work on weekends when required.
