Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers warmly and create a comfortable, engaging showroom environment.
• Represent the brand professionally through appearance, communication, and service.
• Maintain showroom presentation, vehicle readiness, and displays according to brand standards.
• Engage visitors proactively, understand their needs, and provide a positive customer experience.
• Collect customer details and interests for follow-up, and enter leads accurately into the CRM system.
• Support brand awareness through compelling content creation, social media platforms, and other promotional activities.
• Assist with daily showroom operations, including customer service, basic administration, and cashiering where required.
• Help manage showroom supplies, promotional materials, and inventory items.
• Gather customer feedback on their showroom experience and share insights with management.
• Take part in training, marketing events, roadshows, and other duties assigned to support business needs.

Job Requirements:

• N/O levels/NITEC/Diploma in any discipline.
• 1 year experience in customer service/retail/sales.
• Posses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with social media platforms and content creation.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work on weekends.
• Must be comfortable to interact with customers.
