Operation Assistant

Job Summary

You will manage warehouse inventory flow, coordinate import/export shipments, arrange trucking, ensure timely packing and delivery, complete shipment paperwork, and communicate effectively with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound warehouse inventory to maintain accurate stock levels
• Pack outbound cargo on time to meet delivery schedules
• Handle import and export shipment processes to ensure compliance and timely movement
• Arrange trucking and coordinate daily fulfilment tasks to support logistics operations
• Supervise warehouse personnel to ensure timely delivery of shipments
• Complete all necessary paperwork for shipment processing and completion
• Communicate clearly and promptly with customers to provide shipment updates and resolve issues
• Use computer skills, including Excel, to track inventory and shipments efficiently
• Learn and adapt quickly to new software tools to support logistics operations
