Responsibilities:

• Manage trade settlements and corporate action events while ensuring all documentation and transactions comply with regulatory standards.
• Conduct daily reconciliations between custodians, clients’ records, and internal cash and securities positions.
• Process settlement transactions and collaborate with custodians for efficient execution.
• Address client inquiries regarding account statements, fund transfers, and corporate actions while maintaining service quality.
• Perform yearly service level reviews with custodians and client service reviews.
• Execute annual reviews of existing clients to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt attention to client instructions.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in custody settlement and cash management.
• Strong understanding of investment products including securities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proven organizational and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
