We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Executive to join our Marina Bay Sands flagship store. If you are passionate about health and wellness, enjoy interacting with people, and aspire to build a career in premium retail, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming premium retail experience.
• Introduce and educate customers on health and wellness products.
• Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs and lifestyle goals.
• Support daily store operations, including cashiering, POS transactions, and opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product displays.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment and stock management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
• Support store promotions, events, and customer engagement activities when required.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in additional languages is an added advantage to better support customers.
• Interest or knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), wellness products, or Cordyceps will be an advantage.
• Positive, proactive, and sales-driven attitude.
• Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
