TRUCK DRIVER

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate Class 4 vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with traffic regulations and company policies.
• Transport goods, equipment, or personnel to designated locations on schedule.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any defects, accidents, or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure proper loading, unloading, and securing of cargo to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logbooks, and supporting documents.
• Plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and meet customer requirements.
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures and road safety regulations.
• Coordinate with operations staff, customers, and site personnel regarding deliveries and collections.
• Keep vehicles clean and in good working condition.
• Assist with basic loading and unloading duties when required.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, or unexpected situations during transportation.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 4 Driving Licence.
• Clean driving record with good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant driving experience preferred.
• Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading activities.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, or shifts when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or construction industries.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and safety inspections.
• Ability to use GPS and delivery management systems.
