Job Responsibilities:

Sales Performance and Target Management

Develop and implement store sales plans based on monthly, quarterly and annual targets set by the company.

Analyze store performance using key metrics such as average transaction value, conversion rate and sales trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with the Head Office to plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.

Team Leadership and Staff Management

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, grooming standards and service quality.

Conduct training for new employees, including product knowledge and sales techniques, and support the development of a professional sales team.

Implement performance evaluation and incentive programmes to motivate employees and improve team performance.

Customer Service and Relationship Management

Develop and maintain relationships with customers and loyalty programme members by providing excellent customer service.

Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
